(Cleveland) - Two sets of brothers have pleaded not guilty to charges in connection with the shooting death and attempted robbery of Jim Brennan, owner of the popular Brennan's Colony Tavern in Cleveland Heights.

26-year-old Devonne Turner, 23-year-old Brandon Jones and 21-year-old Darien Jones are charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and aggravated burglary.

Turner's brother, 24-year-old Paul Turner, is charged with tampering with evidence, obstructing justice and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

Cleveland Heights police arrested the four men within days of the June 30 shooting. Brandon Jones had been working for murdered owner Jim Brennan for about a month.

The Cleveland Heights police chief has told reporters that all four confessed to their roles in the murder.
