Case closed for a local talk show host

(Cleveland) - All felony charges have been dropped against 100.7 WMMS morning man Shane French, Rover from 'Rover's Morning Glory'.  He pleaded guilty to four misdemeanor counts stemming from a July 5 incident at Whiskey Island.

French was set for trial May 20 but a deal was struck where he pleaded guilty to inducing panic, disorderly conduct, criminal damaging and fireworks violations.  He was sentenced to a six month suspended jail term, a year of probation, restitution and a $750.00 fine.
