LT Joe Thomas Earns Trip To Pro Bowl

Stellar rookie campaign lands lineman in Hawaii
Tuesday, January 8, 2008
(Berea) - The stellar rookie campaign of Cleveland Browns left tackle Joe Thomas has earned him a spot in next month's Pro Bowl in Hawaii.

Thomas was added to the A-F-C squad replacing Jason Peters of the Buffalo Bills.

Thomas was part of a Browns offensinve line which gave up just 19-sacks on the year, the third fewest in team history.

He joins teammates Braylon Edwards and Josh Cribbs on the A-F-C roster.  That is the most Browns to represent the A-F-C since six players were named following the 1994 campaign.
