(Cleveland)
- A standoff in Slavic Village ended Thursday morning when a homeowner/landlord surrendered peacefully to police.

Seven family members were in the process of moving out of the home when the landlord at 5936 Cable Avenue, Clark Goble, became angry.  They say he started yelling and fired shots into the ceiling.

They called 911 and police responded in force.

Goble lives on the first floor of the two family home. The tenants lived above.

Lt. Thomas Stacho said says there was a similar incident at the home in 2002. They believe the same man was involved in firing a weapon.

Resident Priscilla Winnick says Goble was a nice guy, until he started shooting at them.

Stacho says they recovered more than two dozen guns from Gobel's home, along with ammo.
