(Akron)
- Two University of Akron students are accused of stealing video games and musical instruments from dorm rooms in Spanton Hall on campus. Five students said they had items stolen on January 22nd.

Over the weekend, campus police got a tip that the stolen stuff was being sold on eBay. They checked the auctions and arranged a meeting with the sellers. Campus police arrested 19-year-old Ryan Ferreri of South Euclid and 19-year-old Ben Leikin of Lyndhurst when undercover police say they tried to sell a trombone to them.

After the arrests, police searched their dorm room and a vehicle and found more stolen items. The suspects also live in Spanton Hall.

Ferreri and Leikin are in the Summit County Jail, charged with felony burglary and receiving stolen property. The school will determine if they will remain students after the case has moved thru the courts.
