Grady Sizemore caught streaking

Indians All-Star has the longest active consecutive games played streak in MLB.
(Cleveland) - Indians outfielder Grady Sizemore now owns the longest active consecutive games played streak in the big leagues.

This after LA’s Juan Pierre did not play in the Dodgers' 5-0 win over the Giants Monday, ending his streak at 434.

Sizemore, who played his 359th straight game on Monday, has played in every Indians game since August 25, 2005.

It is the longest by an Indian since Toby Harrah played in 473 straight games from 1979-83.

Sizemore still has a ways to go to catch former Orioles great Cal Ripken Jr. who started 2,632 consecutive games.
