This week’s Featured Furry Friend is a perfect example of good things coming in small packages.  Manchester is a 3 year old black and tan Miniature Pinscher.  He came in from the city kennel, so we don’t know much about his background, but he is a friendly little guy, is good on a leash, and knows basic commands.
