CLEVELAND, OH - The man accused of hitting and killing a state trooper is out on jail. Multiple reports indicate Joshua Gaspar, 37, posted bond and was released from the Cuyahoga County Jail on Friday.
Gaspar is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.
Police say Gaspar hit and killed Ohio State Trooper Kenneth Velez with his car in September on I-90 in Lakewood.
