(Eastlake, OH) -- State watercraft officials are investigating a man's death on Lake Erie. The man died this past weekend after the boat he was in capsized near Lakeshore Boulevard in Eastlake. Firefighters say the victim and another man in the boat with him were not wearing life jackets.
