(Cleveland) -- A new report shows economic conditions are improving in Greater Cleveland. The Federal Reserve Bank announced yesterday the region's unemployment rate dropped below five-percent last year as hiring in the construction, business services and manufacturing sectors improved. The health sector remains the region's largest employment sector with more than 200-thousand workers.
