Cleveland - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Prophet R.L. Bynoe AKA, Taj Mahal Frazer. Bynoe is wanted for making false statements to federal law enforcement officers upon a previous arrest.He is also a suspect in an unlawful sexual conduct with a minor case.Bynoe has a past narcotics conviction in Cuyahoga county court for which he served a significant amount of time in the Ohio prison system.
Bynoe, is a black male, in his mid-40s standing approximately 6 feet 1 inches and weighing 220 pounds. He is known to frequent East Cleveland and downtown Cleveland.Bynoe runs both the Shiloh New Life Tabernacle Center and the Prophet Bynoe Ministries in the Cleveland area.
