(Fairlawn) - A missing adult alert has been issued by Fairlawn Police for a missing woman.
Fairlawn Police say Linda Vaughn, 72, left home Wednesday morning and failed to return.
Police say Vaughan has dementia and diabetes, and has no medication with her. Police are concerned for her well being.
Vaughan stands 5'1", weighs 230, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was driving a green 2007 Buick Lucerne, with Ohio plate GAQ4158.
