(Cleveland) - Mayor Justin Bibb, in office only about a month, has released what he calls his "Transition Report."

Before Bibb took office, he formed ten subcommittees, each having the task of looking at what different parts of city government can do to deliver better services.

The mayor points out this is the first time in close o 20 years the city has been in a stage of transition, but he says change is coming. The mayor says it's all about questioning the old ways of doing things, to fix what is broken, and to start fresh whenever possible.

The mayor also released a tracker for the actions he's taking in his first 100 days. He says the tracker was created to offer "greater transparency and accountability towards our commitments."
