UPDATE: Police say Rhines has been found and has returned home.
(Cleveland) - Police are searching for 16-year-old Ronald Rhines, who is missing from Cleveland's West Side.
Rhines is 16 years old. He stands 6'1" and weighs 160. He has blond hair and blue eyes. When last seen at 2473 West 60th, he was wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. He was riding a black and silver Schwinn mountain bike.
