Yanks End Guardians Season With Home Run Ball - 5-1

The Yankees' big bats showed up in Game Five as New York topped the Guardians 5-1 to advance to the American League Championship Series. Nestor Cortes was credited with the win after allowing one run over five innings pitched. Giancarlo Stanton slugged a three-run home run in the first inning, and Aaron Judge went deep with a solo shot in the second. Aaron Civale was charged with the loss after allowing three runs while recording just one out. Jose Ramirez drove in the only run of the game for the Guardians
