Wait a second: College athletes think they are "employees" of their schools?

A dictatorship, the quarterback called it.
Unhappy with the “full ride” college scholarship that he and his fellow student-athletes receive to play football for his university, Colter compared the NCAA to a dictatorship during a statement announcing his team’s partnership with United Steelworkers in forming a union.
