Here's how to apply for a job with the downtown Casino.
When the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland announced in 2011 that it needed to fill 600 dealer positions, it received 12,000 applications. Nearly a year after its opening, the casino has to fill positions again since many of the dealers hired and trained have moved up with the parent company, Caesars.
As a result, the Horseshoe said on Wednesday it is accepting applications, and plans to hire 60 dealers and 30 table game supervisors.
The casino said it needs people to apply by April 11 to have them ready for the month-long training session that starts on April 19.
For the new ThistleDown Racino that opens next week, it had 17,000 applicants for 700 jobs, so we can expect a lot of people to apply for the Horseshoe jobs.
