Blue Canyon Kobe Beef Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 5# Kobe Beef Hamburger or ground beef
- 2c BBQ sauce
- 1T Cumin
- 2T Chopped Garlic
- 1c white Onion diced
- ½ c Yellow mustard
- 3c Tomato paste
- 2c Water
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Method
In a large sauté pan heat high, place 2t of olive oil and add onions, garlic and sauté till translucent. Add Kobe beef and brown, add the rest of the ingredients and slowly cook on low heat for 20 mins

- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced Cheddar
- Sliced Jalapeño or Banana Peppers
