Bacon Blue Cheese Pumpkin Soup

6c Canned Pumpkin
4T Maple Syrup
1T Chinese 5 spices
1 medium diced Onion
2c Chicken stock (hot)
1c Heavy whipping cream
 To taste Coarse Salt & Cracked Black Pepper
Water as a adjuster (use this to thin out your soup if it’s to thick)
½ c Crumbled Blue Cheese garnish
½ c Crumbled Bacon garnish

Add Chopped bacon, and onion in pot and sauté till translucent. Add all the ingredients to a sauce pot and stir, Add crumbled blue Cheese on top right before you serve. Don’t forget to check the seasoning before serving.
