Apple, Cinnamon Pancakes
- 2/3 c Flour
- 2T sugar
- 1/4t salt
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1/2c milk
- 2cs Apples, Sliced
- 3/4c butter
- 2T sugar
- ¼ t Cinnamon
Method
Sift Together the flour, 2t sugar and salt, Beat Eggs and milk together, gradually add flour mixture: beat until smooth, Sauté Apples with butter till tender. Mix 2 T sugar and cinnamon together and toss with apples. Melt 1T butter on a griddle or non stick pan. Pour about ¼ inch depth of batter. When set place ¼ of the apples on top and flip till a nice golden brown is achieved on both sides. |
