Kiss a daily newspaper goodbye. Word is the Plain Dealer is going to knock down either production or delivery - or both - to about three days a week. There is a drive to Save the Plain Dealer, but if Advance (the paper's owner) does what it has done in other cities, a seven day-a-week paper is history in Cleveland.
