(CLEVELAND) -- Halloween for the Indians was not filled with any sort of "tricks" when it came to three player options and manager Terry Francona's new coaching staff.

On Wednesday afternoon the Indians announced they have exercised right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez's club option for the 2013 season. The option is worth $5.75 million.

While Jimenez's option was picked up, the club opted to decline club options for DH Travis Hafner and right-hander Roberto Hernandez. Both Hafner and the pitcher formerly known as "Fausto Carmona" are eligible for free agency now.

All three club option decisions should come as no surprise to Tribe fans.

Meanwhile, Francona and the Indians announced a new coaching staff which will be highlighted by bench coach Sandy Alomar and former Houston Astros manager Brad Mills who will now serve as the club's third base coach.

Mickey Callaway will serve as the Indians new pitching coach. Ty Van Burkleo takes over as hitting coach, while Mike Sarbaugh is the new first base coach and Kevin Cash is the new bullpen coach.
