On Thursday, March 21, the Cleveland Indians visited the beautiful Salt River Fields at Talking Stick for a Cactus League exhibition game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
On Wednesday, March 20, the Cleveland Indians visited the Los Angeles Angels at Tempe Diablo Stadium in Tempe, Arizona for a Cactus League exhibition game.
On Tuesday, June 18, the Cleveland Indians came back to stun the Kansas City Royals 4-3 at Progressive Field sliding back into second place in the American League’s Central Division. The Tribe now trails the Detroit Tigers by 4 ½ games. Indians right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez only went 5 2/3 innings pitched, but only allowed two hits and two runs, while walking four and striking out four. Nevertheless, he gave the Tribe an opportunity to beat Kansas City and that’s what he talked about with WTAM 1100 Indians reporter Nick Camino and other members of the media.
