    The Rock Hall’s newest exhibit ‘Rolling Stones; 50 years of satisfaction” which opens this weekend captures the band’s legendary career spanning more than 50 years.  The Marc’s Great American Rib Cook Off and Music Festival takes place all weekend at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica with performances by Rick Springfield, Buddy Guy and Bret Michaels.  Berea’s National Rib Cook Off returns to the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds with bike night tonight and music all weekend.   If ribs aren’t your thing bring your appetite to Tremont for Greekfest at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.  Sample international, domestic and regional wines at the Holden Arboretum “Bouquets Wine Tasting” tomorrow evening in the Rhododendron Garden.   The Beach at Fairport Harbor Lakefront Park opens tomorrow.  While you’re there take a tour of the Fairport Harbor Lighthouse and Marine Museum containing two centuries of artifacts and local history.  Cedar Point honors the men and women of the armed forces.  All active, retired and honorably discharged members of the military receive free admission to the park tomorrow through Monday.   And finally, don’t forget to reflect on why we actually have a long weekend.  The USS COD World WAR II fleet submarine is open to visitors everyday through September for a small fee.  Bay Village hosts their annual memorial day parade Monday morning at 8:45 and the city of Eastlake will have a ceremony at the Boulevard of Flags at 11.
